In alliance with AA del Sante Inc., Ziebeq has developed and introduced a new practice aiming to bring clarity and coherence to finances, understanding the conditioning of the person’s behavior, their actions and the realities of their economic system as foundation to their current financial wellbeing and the implications for their future prosperity.
Since its beginnings, Ziebeq has adopted a multidisciplinary educational approach; welcoming the contribution of science to complement the understanding of economic reality.

Our Founder
Hernando Alecina became an independent advisor for individuals and organizations after gaining his own valuable experience taking over his family-owned manufacturing business at an early age. He later developed other ventures in the fields of industrial materials, import-export, and the wholesale of fashion and travel accessories.
Due to his personal and professional failures and mistakes, and in the pursuit to understand them, it gave him a better insight and clarity to see other people’s financial and business issues.
Very often with his clients, Hernando had to deal with situations where the solutions were not based on economics or on the application of conventional financial models alone; in most cases the answers relied upon the understanding of the human condition, the conflicts, the stressors, the underlying personal motivators and the degree of acknowledgement and acceptance of their own realities.
This challenge steered him to rethink and explore a new way to serve his clients, hence the beginning of Ziebeq.
